Your event can be a character visit or a more complete celebration with activities, food, photo settings, rentals, and event support.

You can request a character appearance on its own or ask our team to coordinate additional parts of your celebration. Through our Jolly Jumps and Express Events family, we can help bring together entertainment, games, creative activities, food experiences, props, equipment, and staffing. Confirm the services and coordination included in your proposal.

Our team will review the selections and prepare or refine a proposal with you. Adding an item or submitting an inquiry does not confirm availability or reserve it.

Your reservation is secured when the required agreement and deposit, or other approved payment arrangements, have been completed. A quote alone does not necessarily reserve characters, equipment, or services. Your proposal and agreement will state the payment schedule, booking requirements, and applicable terms.

Weather-related changes, rescheduling, cancellation, and payment terms are governed by your agreement; an outdoor booking does not automatically include a refund or indoor relocation.

For larger or more complex celebrations, we can review the placement of the equipment and services we are providing. A site visit may be appropriate depending on the venue and package. You can also use ExpressMapper to create an event layout and share it with our team. A layout supports planning; it does not replace venue approval or a review of setup requirements.

Real snow play or sledding can complement a winter character appearance and themed photographs. Character visits and snow production are separate selections unless included in your quote. Snow requires direct truck access and specialized equipment; suitable natural slopes or straw bale hill buildouts can be reviewed for sledding. Snow is not removed after the event, so discuss venue access and cleanup plans in advance.
