That foundation has inspired involvement from family members across generations, extended family, friends, and dedicated colleagues. Our multigenerational connection lives in their contributions: sharing knowledge, lending a hand, developing new ideas, and taking pride in work done well. Together, those relationships help create the welcoming, family-like environment of our team.

Joy’s Vision
The Kind of Magic a Family Remembers
Mike and Joy made their home in the Temecula Valley in the 1980s, when it was still a small town. As they raised their family, visiting the same Santa in Old Town Temecula became a treasured tradition that continued into the 1990s.
To their children, he was the real Santa. His real beard, jingling bells, warm voice, and jolly laugh were the same, year after year—just as The Night Before Christmas described him. He didn’t smell like beef and cheese, and his beard was definitely the real deal. That familiar presence kept the magic alive.
Those memories helped inspire Joy’s vision for Temecula Princess Parties: luxury character entertainment with that same warmth, care, and attention to detail. A beautiful portrayal matters, but the connection—and the memory a family takes home—is what makes it magical.

Leading Character Development, Training & Creative Vision
In 2025, Joy brought her experience and event knowledge together with Shannon’s character-performance background to help shape Temecula Princess Parties. Their shared vision builds on the service foundation Mike and Joy created, connecting dependable planning with the artistry and attention that character entertainment deserves.
Shannon brings 13 years in the character entertainment industry, with experience ranging from LEGOLAND and Knott’s Berry Farm to large-scale corporate character companies. That range of experience informs her work developing characters, guiding training, and shaping the creative direction of the brand.
At Temecula Princess Parties, Shannon’s focus is on bringing that vision into the character experience: how a character is developed, how performers prepare, and how an appearance connects with the celebration around it. Her performance perspective and Joy’s event expertise give the team a shared foundation for creating thoughtful, engaging experiences.
